✅Bachelor Degree of in Fisheries, Food/industrial Teknology of any related major
✅Strong understanding of fish/seafood raw materials. including quality attributes, defects and freshness indicators
✅Possess knowledge of HACCP, GMP and SSOP as part od food safety and quality management systems
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
✅Detail-oriented, diciplined and responsible
